Our Story

Scoffa Italia was born from a genuine love of great food, bold flavours, and the kind of dishes that bring people together. Founded by Alfie at just 20 years old, the journey started long before the trailer…spending over five years working in a professional kitchen, catering festivals, and serving at private events. That experience built the foundation, but the vision was always bigger… to create something personal, creative, and full of character.

 

Scoffa Italia is a small, dedicated team driven by passion and pride in every plate we serve. From Fresh Pasta and Neapolitan Sourdough Pizza to indulgent street food favourites, everything is prepared with care, energy, and attention to detail. We don’t cut corners—we focus on flavour, quality, and creating food that people genuinely enjoy.

 

For us, it’s not just about serving food, it’s about creating an experience. Whether you find us at a festival, a private event, or parked up at a pop up and ready to serve, Scoffa Italia is all about good food, good vibes, and doing things properly.
